We process the information you provide in order to manage our tyre sales and repair services, as well as other mechanical services.

If you contact us through the contact form on our website, we will process your data in order to manage and respond to your enquiry.

We may also use your data to inform you about our activities, products or services if you are already a customer or, if you are not, when you have given your consent to receive such information.

When accessing our premises, your image may be captured by CCTV cameras for security purposes and for the protection of people and property.

If you send us your curriculum vitae (CV), we will process your data for the purpose of managing recruitment processes and maintaining a database of candidates.

How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will be retained for as long as the business relationship remains in force or until the data subject requests its deletion or objects to processing for commercial purposes. Thereafter, the data will be retained for the periods established by applicable legislation in order to comply with legal obligations.

In particular, accounting and commercial documentation will be retained for six years, in accordance with Article 30 of the Commercial Code, and tax-related documentation for four years, pursuant to Articles 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law.

Images captured by the CCTV system will be retained for a maximum period of one month.

Data contained in CVs will be retained for one year from their receipt.
