1. Right of withdrawal:





In accordance with current legislation, you may cancel your order without any reason within 14  days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (with the exceptions described below*) as long as the product has not been used and its in  original packaging, if it had.



To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us  your decision by sending an email to [email protected], or by filling out the following withdrawal form, which Pneumatics Perelló (ventaneumaticos.com) will confirm receipt

You must return the goods no later than 14  days from the date on which you notify us  your decision to withdraw from the contract, sending them to Pneumatics Perelló SL, C/ Mas Falgas, 8 - 17180 Vilablareix.

You must include a copy of the invoice inside the package, indicating the returned products.  The transport costs caused by the return will be in charge of the customer, who can freely choose the company transport he prefers to use. We can offer the option to pick up the item, through our transport company. The shipping cost will be in charge of the customer, and will be informed of them before collection.

Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. If the products are not returned in their original packaging, their price may be depreciated. We will issue the refund (less the return shipping cost) using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the customer exercising their right of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

Exchanges for a different item will not be accepted; in this case, the item must be returned and a new purchase made.

Returns will be accepted and processed for credit only for items that show no signs of use, tampering, or attempted assembly/disassembly, and that retain the original labels in perfect condition. If the product meets these conditions, it can be returned without issue and will be inspected upon arrival.



*Exceptions to the right of withdrawal



As established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, returns of the following will not be accepted products:

*The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.

*The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur can't control and that may happens  during the withdrawal period.

*The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

*The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

*The supply of sealed goods that aren't suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

* The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

* The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and used after delivery.



2. Product Returns Due to Shipping Defects or Shipping Errors

If, at the time of delivery, it is visibly observed without having to handle the packaging that the product has been damaged in transit or that a shipping error has occurred, you must proceed as follows:

Inform the carrier of the incident at the time of delivery, noting it on the corresponding delivery note.
Do not tamper with the packaging of the damaged or incorrect product.
Report the incident to Pneumàtics Perelló by sending an email to [email protected]



3. Product warranty 



The manufacturer's official warranty period is 3 years from the date of delivery of the product. For the warranty to be applicable, it is necessary that the customer / user keep the invoice and that the product has a manufacturing defect.

The manufacturer's warranty responds to possible manufacturing defects or flaws in the product, and not to deficiencies caused by knocks, incorrect use or bad handling (assembly and disassembly), damage caused  for an  improper use or wear and tear due to use, etc. . The maximum term for the notification of a defect product is two months from its detection.

Ventaneumaticos will process the guarantees by sending the product to the manufacturer for evaluation and this is the only one that can verify and determine its application. In the event that the manufacturer confirms its defect, Ventaneumaticos will proceed to repair, replace, end the contract or reduce the price of this product after contact the customer following the manufacturer's instructions.
