There are two main reasons why an order may be returned:
1. Right of Cancellation
Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, of 15th January, on Retail and Business, gives the Customer the right to cancel an order within fourteen calendar days of placing it. All messages of cancellation to be sent to Pneumàtics Perelló. (via email at email@example.com).
All products you wish to return must be returned in perfect conditions. It is sufficient to check that everything appears in working order.
If a product is faulty, Pneumàtics Perelló will send it out again to the customer at no additional cost, or offer a full refund for that product.
Exception Return "products that its use depends on a weather factor or driving an emergency such as chains, can not be returned".
2. Returning faulty products, products damaged during transportation, and deliveries made in error
If, at the time of delivery, it is clearly and clearly visible, without the need to handle the shipping packaging or the packaging of the product, that a product has defects caused by damage to the conveyance or, in the same way, Error in the goods received, we recommend the client to inform Pneumàtics Perelló (by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to be able to urge the return of the product or products affected and with it the substitution by one New or refund of the price paid for the same.
Transportation expenses incurred in the return borne by the user, allowing this freely choose the company you prefer for the transportation of article.
